Yesterday after work I “took a nap” on the couch. At some point Sarah called, so I brushed my teeth and got a different pillow, but altogether I think I got about thirteen hours of sleep.
Did you hear about the guy who “proved” that you only need 2 hours a sleep a day? He claims that when you feel yourself hitting a wall, just nap for 30 minutes and you’ll be fine. That is a guy with no kids, no life, and a brilliant idea that he got a grant for. My grant would be proving that sleeping for 22 hours a day is just the right amount.
