The doctor says that I can’t ride my bike for at least two weeks. Starting two days ago.

Ow. Ow. Ow. I think it’s time to take an 800mg ibuprofen tablet. Ow. Ow. Ow.

   Take it easy. Then when you feel normal again, take it easy for at least another week.

   And stop by anyway. We don’t want to risk Jesse withdrawl. The tremors Noah has are so sad. . .
